    Amitabha.

The method of cultivation is found in many of the teachings of the Venerable Master, just take a look at it.

Moreover, lay people who truly believe in Buddhism must at least fulfill the requirements of the three refuges and the five precepts and ten virtues, and implement them in their daily lives.

The practice of taking the vows as a lay lay person is as follows:

The first thing a home worker has to do is overcome the obstacles at home. For example, if you have a lot of things that people in the world approve of, but don't meet the requirements of the Dharma, you can't do that. At home, you should do what you do as a monk, and that's what you do.

Some people have "standards" for themselves, and they use the word "at home" to lower their standards very low. Actually, although it has been lowered and I feel that it is going well, it has nothing to do with becoming a Buddha, it is just a good Dharma in the world. In order to become a Buddha, lay people must overcome all the obstacles and habits at home in order to become a Buddha.

Some people don't know how to practice after they become monks, why? It was when he was at home that he didn't make good use of the practice at home. If you know how to take care of your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind at home, how to get rid of color, sound, fragrance, taste, touch, and law, and how to get rid of greed, hatred, and ignorance.

How to fight against this kind of behavior that violates the Dharma at home, so that he can practice whether he is a monk or a monk.

First of all, you have to take three refuges, similar to when you enter a school, you have to go through the admission procedures and issue a student ID.

Secondly, if you can learn the five precepts and ten virtues, if you can keep the precepts, you will already be a very regular layman.

To learn Buddhism and become a Buddha, simply put, it is necessary to go through the four steps of "believing, understanding, acting, and attaining" and adopting the six paths of "six paramitas", and go through the three levels of "precepts, concentration, and wisdom", and finally to achieve the right results and become a Buddha on the ground. Let me give you a brief introduction in turn:

    1. Belief and interpretation: First of all, we must have faith, and have the determination to follow the footsteps of the Buddha to practice and follow the methods guided by the Buddha, which is called "faith", and Buddhism is also called "developing bodhicitta mind"; Then there will be a monk who is really a monk to explain the Dharma to you, that is, "understanding"; Then you have to do it according to the method taught to you by the monks, that is, linking theory with practice, which is called "doing"; Finally, it is verified from practice that what has been learned is true, which is called "proof";

    2. The "Six Perfections of Paramita" are the six paths of spiritual practice, referred to as the "Six Perfections", namely: generosity, forbearance, vows, diligence, meditation, and prajna. In modern parlance, it is simply understood:

Selfless dedication (generosity), enduring grievances and suffering, observance of Buddhist rules and regulations (taking vows), studying hard to move up every day (diligent improvement), and meditating to free one's mind from the control of emotions (meditation) and attain supreme wisdom (Prajna).

    3. Precepts and wisdom: This represents the realm of the three levels of practice, the "precepts" are the precepts above, the Buddha tells us what things can be done and what things cannot be done, monks must abide by 250 rules and regulations (Buddhism called "precepts"), female monks (we often say nuns) are 348, if you do not leave home and study Buddhism at home, you only need to abide by five precepts, that is, "hold five precepts" (it seems simple, it is not easy to do). "Meditation" is "meditation", this is the most important way of practice in Buddhism, people who return to meditation may not be able to become a Buddha, but Buddhahood must be inseparable from meditation!

"Hui" means "Prajna wisdom", because the word "Prajna" contains six different wisdoms, which cannot be translated, but can only be called "great wisdom".

I am a layman in the Northern Mission, and after taking refuge, I received the five precepts and then the bodhisattva vows. Share my own daily practice.

One. Bible Reading II. Chanting the Buddha and worshipping the Buddha III. Meditation plus sutras.

Vegetarian Sometimes skipping food at noon.

1.Read the scriptures, choose the Buddhist scriptures that are not controversial, and start reading the original texts, if you don't understand them, find some vernacular texts to compare, so that after reading one or two scriptures, you can only read the original texts. It is necessary to read one of the Three Pure Land Sutras every day.

The Buddha Says the Sutra of Amitayus" Kang Seng Kai translated "The Buddha Says the Sutra of Amitayus" and "The Sutra of Amitabha". Others: "Heart Sutra", "Diamond Sutra", "Yuanjue Sutra", "Stunned Sutra", "Jizo Bodhisattva Sutra", "Three Sutras of Relics", "Lotus Sutra", "Ahan Sutra" (long, medium, miscellaneous) and "Huayan Sutra".

I also listened to the explanation of Buddhist scriptures, and if I recommend it, it is said by the elder of Miaojing.

3.Meditation and sutras, self-taught meditation and meditation and the four meditations and eight concentrations of the Tiantai Wisdom Master and the four meditations and dwellings of the four minds. Try to meditate every day.

In this way, keep the precepts, read the scriptures to increase wisdom, eliminate karma, and meditate and meditate. In this way, the three learnings of wisdom promote each other. I usually want to use a Buddha name or a meditation instead of delusion, but I can't do it at the moment.

After the "three refuges", you will naturally be a layman.

Ask an acquaintance to introduce you or go to a temple where you are destined to explain your intentions to the master.

To take refuge, you should have 2 photos, give the master and the incense "Li Shi", and ask for the money of the "Haiqing". Then the master will give you the name of the Dharma.

    May it help you. Amitabha.
