Remove the plastic access door on the lower timing belt cover. Tighten the timing belt tensioner nut to the canonical value. Install plastic access doors.

5.Turn the crankshaft 60 degrees clockwise until the white mark on the crankshaft shock absorber aligns with the "0" mark on the lower timing belt cover. Make sure that the camshaft timing marks are aligned with the marks on the timing cover.

Install the remaining parts in the reverse order of the disassembly process.

The pointer on the timing tensioner should be adjusted repeatedly by rotating the water pump. The bolts should be tightened according to the torque specified in the instructions, especially the crankshaft pulley. @2019

Disassembly Method:
