The aircraft itself is faulty:

Running out of fuel or leaking, engine failure leading to stopping, etc.: the plane loses power, so it has to continue flying with gliding ability and find a suitable place to make a forced landing. If the plane does not have the ability to glide, it is very dangerous.

Landing gear cannot be lowered: This type of failure is more common in small aircraft, and in most cases, pilots can use the belly to make a forced landing. It is also more difficult because a single landing gear cannot be lowered.

Depressurization of high-flying passenger aircraft: it will cause loss of pressure in the cabin, lack of oxygen for the people on board, and cause the pilot of the aircraft to fall into a coma. In the event of this happening, the pilot should lower the aircraft to a safe altitude of about 2000 meters as soon as possible to avoid the person from falling unconscious or even dying due to lack of oxygen.

Pilot error: Usually caused by bad weather, the pilot is unable to correctly judge the position of the aircraft, resulting in the plane crashing into a mountain, a tall building or tree, or crashing into the ground.

Another situation that a high-speed fighter pilot may encounter is a mirrored flight over a large surface of water or sea. Because the plane is flying at high speed, the pilot does not feel gravity obviously, and he is not aware of it when the plane is flying upside down. There have been many such accidents, all of which were pilots who were convinced that the plane's instruments were malfunctioning and stubbornly believed in their own feelings.

When this happens, the pilot must firmly trust the instrument, not his own delusion.
