There are many ways to photograph people in motion.
In terms of shooting skills, there are generally three methods.
One is to shoot with a fixed camera, that is, the camera does not move, when the moving person enters the frame, shoot with a higher shutter speed, shoot clearly the moving posture of the person, and make the moving figure clear. The shutter speed is determined based on the speed of the moving person, the shooting distance and the direction. Take a sprint as an example, the distance is about 10 meters, 90 degrees from the direction of movement, and the shutter speed is about 1 500 seconds; at an angle of 45 degrees to the direction of movement, it is about 1 250 seconds; If you shoot head-on, then 1 125 seconds will do.
The closer you are, the faster you have to open the door. Of course, the faster the movement, the faster the shutter must be.
The second is to follow the shooting. The so-called follow-up shooting, that is, although the camera position is fixed, the lens shakes with the mover, and the shaking speed is consistent with the movement speed of the character, that is to say, the position of the character in the picture remains unchanged during the lens shaking process, and when the shutter is pressed at the appropriate time, the moving character can be shot clearly, and the background is blurred, and the movement of the character is set off with the blurred background. This method of shooting, two points should be noted:
First, don't forget to continue panning the lens at the original speed when you press the shutter, and second, don't go too fast, the background is too clear and the motion won't be expressed, under normal circumstances, 1 60 seconds is enough.
The third method is isokinetic shooting, that is, the photographer and the athlete move at the same speed, such as shooting a long-distance run, and the photographer is moving at the same speed next to the athlete on a car (of course, on a bicycle), and the effect is similar to the second one, the subject is clear and the background is blurred. The shutter speed is also around 1 60.
Of course, there are many ways to exercise, in addition to running, there are others, such as gymnastics, martial arts, etc., can not be generalized, but the key to sports photography or sports photography is to shoot a sense of movement, even if you use a high-speed shutter to shoot a clear sports person, it is best to have a clear face, torso and other parts, and the parts of the movement faster, such as hands and feet, so that there is a sense of movement.

Shoot at high speeds, exhaust the movement of moving objects, and slow down the shutter to blur the background and make lines appear.

The significance of sports photography is as follows:
1. Describe the environment and display the space. In Yunhe Jingdong photography, pushing, pulling, panning, moving, heeling, lifting and lowering the lens can be used to describe the environment and show the space.
2. Create artistic conception and convey emotion. Since the sports lens shows continuous time and space, the artistic conception it creates and the emotions it conveys to the audience feel real and credible.
3. Structure the film and render the plot. Sports photography tends to be a relatively complete paragraph, with the characteristics of a long lens. On the premise of ensuring the prudence of the straight Zen person, its internal montage makes the picture complete the purpose of narrative and scene transformation without editing, and can form artistic effects such as strengthening, contrast, association, suspense, and allegory in the movement, so as to achieve the purpose of rendering the plot.
4. Form a rhythm and determine the style. The rhythm of sports photography creates a rhythmic beauty that enhances the visibility of the image, and in some cases, it is even memorable.

The characteristic of sports photography is to capture wonderful moments, generally using TV mode (shutter priority) and freezing the moment with a high-speed shutter. Capturing the best moments takes a long period of training. I'm a fan of sports photography and have also photographed some sports games.
First, the shutter action of shooting moving objects must be fast, preferably greater than 1 500 or faster, in order to solidify the action and make the picture clear. Sometimes, however, it is also possible to shoot moving objects with slow speed (shutter speed less than sixtieth of a second) to create the impression that the moving subject is clear and the background is blurred. Second, when shooting moving objects, you must use the AI servo focus mode.
When shooting, it is necessary to concentrate and focus accurately, keep track of the subject at all times, press the shutter halfway to lock the focus, and use the high-speed continuous shooting mode to ensure the probability of successful shooting. Third, if you are shooting a formal sports competition, it is very important to understand the competition rules of the competition, understand the characteristics and rules of the competition, and be familiar with and understand the project. The more familiar you are with the project, the more you can anticipate the action and other moments, and increase the chance of accurately shooting the desired image.
Fourth, if you are filming a professional game, you generally need to have a telephoto lens on reserve, and you can't affect the game because of the shooting without entering the venue to capture from a distance.
I'm still struggling with whether it's too amateurish to take pictures by myself, and I've come to the right place. Today, I will use the most simple and rough 10 tricks to shoot a tall feeling. Let your work improve immediately, and the feeling is a matter of all at once. >>>More

Of course, sedentary people who do not exercise have worse knees, because people who run and exercise regularly have a very large exercise in all parts of the body, which will make their knee joints more flexible, and sedentary people will have degenerated muscles, so their knees will be worse.
