Nan Huaijin's work is indeed worth **.

Last year, when I was brushing a certain station, I first saw Nan Huaijin's speech, which made me firm in my belief that I wanted to learn ancient Chinese.

Then I read Nan Huaijin's book explaining the Analects, which is a new angle of explanation, different from the Zhou Xi version of the Analects stipulated in the Song Dynasty. Although there are some people who disagree with Nan Huaijin, I think what Nan Huaijin explained does have some truth.

Then this year, I met a person who read a lot of books, and he read the Diamond Sutra written by Nan Huaijin today, and he gained a lot.

It just so happened that the book arrived, and I also flipped through it casually, and the first one convinced me.

For example, what does the word Prajna mean?

Because I often read some**, as well as various WeChat***, platform articles, I can often see the word Pranya, bo re, but I didn't specifically search for what this word meant, and I was quite curious when I saw his explanation.

Nan Huaijin explained it this way, he said that Prajna is great wisdom.

So why not translate Prajna directly as great wisdom?

Because in the past, the principle of translating Buddhist scriptures was that words that were not exactly the same concept should not be translated, and it was better to transliterate them and then annotate them.

Just like the current cultural exchange of Chinese medicine, when you encounter the translation of the word "qi" (qigong qi, qi of cultivation), you can't translate it, because it can't be translated as gas, nor can it be translated as air, or other qi. Since each qi in a foreign language has a proprietary character, but the Chinese character is different, the meaning of adding an extra word to the qi character is different. Air, gas, electricity, that is, people lose their temper, all of which are different words on the gas word, so a single gas word has to be transliterated, and then annotated.

This is also the reason why Prajna is not translated as great wisdom.

This is a word in the Dream of Red Mansions, describing a person's mood. In fact, everyone is like this! For no reason, for no reason, looking for sorrow and hatred, I can't talk about it in my heart, and I am very annoyed that the group is very late.

Sometimes it seems stupid and crazy, this was originally a description of Jia Baoyu's dizzy realm, when he is full, look at the flowers, go on an outing, sit there, nothing happens! Annoying, why annoying? No reason, no reason, and stupid ......This is the description of life, and it is also very appropriate.

The Legend of the West Chamber also has words and sentences that describe people's psychological emotions: The flowers fall and the water flows red, there are thousands of sorrows, and there are no words to complain about the east wind. There's nothing to complain about, so you have to complain about the east wind.

In one thought, there are 84,000 troubles.

How to subdue the afflictions, the Buddha replied so easily: If you live, if you subdue your mind, this is how you live, this is how you subdue your heart. In other words, when you ask a question, your mind is no longer troubled, and at this time, it is what Zen Buddhism calls the present moment is what it is, and when it is thought, don't think of another way.

For example, if we believe in Buddhism, or those of other religions, we have to repent in a thought, and such a quiet time is the state of a Buddha, and your troubles are gone, and there is no second way. If you insist on finding a way to subdue this affliction, those methods will only increase your mental disturbance and will not be able to settle you, which is a further truth.

My phase, the human phase, the sentient beings, the longevity phase.

If there are people again. Received in this sutra. and even four sentences and so on.

Say it for others. Its blessings are better than the other. The Buddha emphasized the importance of wisdom, the importance of education, and the importance of education.

As mentioned earlier, if a person gives alms to the seven treasures of a Buddha world, the person's blessings are great. However, if there is a person who has some understanding of the Diamond Sutra or the four verses, and then persuades others to relieve them from their troubles, the good fortune of this person is even greater than the good fortune of giving to the seven treasures of the three thousand worlds.

What do you have to believe in true faith? Believe in our mind, believe that all sentient beings are Buddhas, that the mind is a Buddha, that we all have hearts, so all sentient beings are Buddhas. It's just that we can't find ourselves, we don't know our own hearts, and we are not only able to see our own nature, so we are separated by a layer, blinded, and become mortals.

The present self in this material world is not the previous me, not the previous me, nor the future me, this I am the false self, the present I am not the old me, not the original life of my life. Only when I leave this present self can I find the true self that I was always happy with.

This body is alive, whether it is happy or not, whether it is full or hungry, it is not worth talking about; Anyway, no matter how long or short this body lives, it will eventually turn into dust and have nothing.

Mirror flowers, water and moon dream dust, that is, everything in the world is illusory, such as flowers in the mirror, moon in water, and dust in dreams.

1. In the Diamond Sutra, the Buddha is in his city, and Buddhism teaches us to be equal and compassionate to all living beings in Lingqiao, regardless of whether they are rich or poor, so that they can be free from suffering and happy. Therefore, by studying the Diamond Sutra, you will get the merit and benefits that all people love and respect.

2. In the Diamond Sutra, the Buddha causes immeasurable sentient beings to enter the infinite nirvana and extinguish it, without attachment to the immeasurable sentient beings who have attained the power of the holy fruit. Buddhism teaches us to have a big mind and not to be high-minded.

3. In the Diamond Sutra, the Buddha said that all appearances are false. Buddhism teaches us that everything in the world is not permanent and becomes empty in the blink of an eye. Don't be careful, but benefit the public. And we must cultivate the truth through falsehood and obtain the Dharma body.

4. In the Diamond Sutra, the Buddha said that the Dharma should be abandoned, not to mention illegal. Buddhism teaches us the good Dharma that benefits all sentient beings, and we study it, but our hearts should not be greedy for me to cultivate the good Dharma, let alone do things that are not good for the Fa.

The Diamond Sutra is the essence of the hearts of the Buddhas and the source of the wishes of the sages of the Three Vehicles. "Ode to Prajna" clouds: "Whoever asks for the fruit of sound and hearing enlightenment, and even the fruit of the Dharma King, can endure it according to the Prajna Dharma, and it will not be available forever."

No matter which method you practice, you should listen to and meditate on the teachings of Prajna in order to get rid of the evil views in the continuous fierceness, establish correct views, and lay a solid foundation. His Holiness the Guru Wishful Treasure said, "Because the correct perception of the great prajna emptiness is the foundation ...... all the Dharma of the Mahayana ManifestationFrom this, we can see that the practice according to this sutra is extremely special, especially the most victorious method for repenting sins and passing away.
