2. Party A's Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for regularly inspecting the safety production of the responsible units and publicizing the relevant safety production of the superiors. The spirit of the document policy.
2. Organize the responsible units to go to the relevant units of the county or city to conduct safety production business training, and check the responsible persons of the responsible units, safety production management personnel and special operations personnel holding certificates.
3. Responsible for inspecting the establishment of safety production rules and regulations, safety production protection configuration and implementation of the responsible unit.
3. Party B's Responsibilities.
1. Party B must abide by the law, produce and operate legally, and consciously accept Party A's safety production inspection.
2. Party B must implement safe production and operate in strict accordance with safety production procedures, otherwise Party A will be dealt with in accordance with the laws and regulations related to safety production.
3. In accordance with the "Labor Law" and relevant industry regulations, Party B is responsible for training workers in safety production knowledge and skills, so that they can meet the job requirements.
4. Party B shall pay a risk deposit when signing the letter of responsibility for production safety, and ensure that all the licenses required for the legal production and operation of the unit shall be completed within three months, and the deposit shall be automatically converted into the annual safety production risk fund after the licenses are completed, and the relevant provisions of the letter of responsibility for safety production signed by both parties shall be implemented at the end of the year; If the required licenses are not completed within three months, Party A will truthfully report to the superior ** and the management department, and the superior law enforcement department will ban Party B in accordance with the law, and the risk deposit paid by Party B will be treated as liquidated damages.
4. During the period of responsibility, if there is a change in the person in charge of Party A and Party B, this letter of responsibility is still valid, and Party A shall be notified in advance if the person in charge of Party B changes.
5. This letter of responsibility shall be in duplicate, and both parties A and B shall hold one copy each. The letter of responsibility shall take effect from the date of signing, and the two silver sail parties shall jointly comply with it.
