I am a doctor and have been affected by headaches for a long time, which are accompanied by nausea, vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia, etc. Many tests have been tried, but no organic problems have been found, and it is currently considered to be migraine or tension headache. After years of observation and research, I have my own insights on ** and relief, which can greatly reduce the number of headache attacks.
1. Get enough sleep
For my current situation, adequate sleep can ensure a reduction in the number of headache attacks, but it is not endless sleep, and 7-8 hours of sleep a day is enough. Try to get 6-7 hours of sleep at night and take a 40-minute to 1-hour nap at noon. If you sleep too long, you will have a headache in the evening or at night.
Especially at noon, after sleeping for 1 hour, although you are very sleepy, you must insist on getting up, and you will have a headache if you don't get up.
2. Comfortable sleeping environment
In my experience, if you are too noisy, stuffy, or cold, if you have a bed that is too soft, or if you have smelly air, you can fall asleep in this environment, but the quality of sleep is not good, and it will induce dreaming. After waking up, there is a high probability that migraines will be triggered. So I usually sleep in an air-conditioned room, 24 air-conditioned mat pillows in summer, 28 air-conditioned cotton pillows in winter, the environment is quiet, and the bed is moderately soft and hard.
3. Ensure sufficient moisture
I usually keep about 2000ml of water a day. If there are no signs of headache, drink mineral water. If there are prodromal symptoms such as dizziness, eye soreness, neck soreness, etc., I generally drink green tea, which contains caffeine, which can refresh and relieve fatigue, etc., and can effectively prevent the occurrence of migraine.
At present, I mainly drink Maojian green tea, which is more effective than other teas in terms of refreshing, the amount of tea is 500ml, and I drink it while resting in a quiet environment, and the headache can be slowly relieved.
4. Reduce eye and body fatigue
Long-term eye use, such as watching TV, looking at mobile phones, etc., especially lying down, will significantly increase the degree of eye fatigue, eye fatigue and soreness, neck soreness, etc., will induce migraine attacks. Working in one position for a long time can also strain the body and induce headaches.
5. Medication to relieve headaches
Commonly used drugs are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, which can have antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects. It can effectively relieve all kinds of headaches. I usually have ibuprofen or acetaminophen on hand, and I only take medication to relieve my headache when I can't get it off with rest.
Other painkillers include: naprocodeine tablets, ergotamine, etc. I have taken all these medicines, and the effect of relieving headaches is relatively obvious, but it is not recommended to take more, especially if you have stomach problems, taking painkillers may induce gastric perforation, and you need to add gastric medicine to take painkillers.

It can be relieved by traditional Chinese medicine**. For example, by drinking some Chinese medicine, or performing acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy, it can be effectively relieved.

You can soak your hands in hot water to promote blood circulation, pay attention to a light diet, eat more grains, eat more kelp, and comb your hair with walnuts frequently to promote blood circulation in the head. Medications can be taken.

Yesterday I also had a headache and a little low-grade fever, we have a local method, you can try it, it is completely harmless!
Before going to bed at night, take a cloth and tie your head up, the tighter the better, get some sleep and get up the next morning! (Yesterday I tied it with a belt because I couldn't find a cloth that I could tie.) This method is not harmful, it is recommended to try it!
I also often have headaches, because I had surgery when I was a child, and I had bone marrow extraction, and later the doctor said that I might have headaches often in the future. Every time I have a headache in the future, I will do this method. Noticeably better the next day!

Where are you, I know a medicine that can cure.
Migraines may occur during menopause, mainly because decreased ovarian function reduces estrogen secretion, while hyperpituitary gland can lead to oversecretion, leading to a range of symptoms of neurological disorders. Collectively known as menopausal syndrome, it includes migraines and vertigo. Generally speaking, mild symptoms can be obtained without special **, and menopause can be smoothly passed through by adapting and adjusting on its own. >>>More
